Sales / Account Manager


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for homeowners during build
  • Provide Estimates
  • Meet Sales Objectives
  • Guarantee Customer Satisfaction
  • Self-generate Leads
  • Sign any and all appropriate customer relation forms (i.e. contracts, lien waivers, etc.)
  • Negotiate Insurance Claims
  • Collect All Monies Owed for Job Sold
  • Communicate All Necessary Information to Office for Production
  • Provide exemplary customer service to homeowners and sales associates


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Motivated to meet deadlines and exceed sales quotas
  • Effective client prospecting, presentation, and account management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, analytical, and closing skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Positive and Self Motivated Attitude
  • Ability to climb onto roofs and determine accurate measurements
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Roofing experience a plus, but not required 


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with roofing, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Ability to transport and use ladder
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Must be able to work outside on a daily basis
  • Bilingual a plus
